London's Digital Summer Party

September 18, 2014

London's digital disrupters – entrepreneurs, marketers, developers, designers and investors – have made this city one of the hottest, most vibrant innovation hubs on the planet.

The Digital Summer Party brings everyone together to meet, mingle and mix it up in East London for one massive end of summer shindig.

Join in the end of summer celebrations! Food, drinks, music, dancing in the street and loads more.

The Digital Summer Party 2014 is a collaboration between OMN London, Search London, TechHub and various other independent digital and tech communities. There’s a combined audience of over 60,000 of London’s digerati, so don’t miss out. This is going to be amazing... get your ticket now!

Last year we packed the house and quite literally rocked the boat during an evening of talks, entertainment, food and (lots of) drinks aboard the HMS President. We tried to find a bigger boat, but turns out a World War I warship is as big as they come for floating event venues.

So this year we’re on land and holding the only summer party you’ll remember at the super cool Pennington Studios at the Tobacco Docks.

Mingle and be merry with highlights including:

  • Indoor/outdoor summer street party in a 5,000 square foot former nightclub
  • DJ sets from Hoxton Radio playing live
  • First drink of the night compliments of The Digital Marketing Show
  • Scrumptious street food stands serving onsite
  • Asahi truck onsite giving away free beer
  • £20 Uber ride vouchers to get you home in style

Thinking big: Learn the secrets of sustainable growth from London’s top digital experts at FREE workshops

Growth is the metric that provides a common focus for entrepreneurs, marketers and investors alike. As anyone who’s ever tried to grow a business knows, the old-school interruptive push marketing used in the days of Don Draper just doesn’t cut it anymore.

Now every media publisher – from small marketing blogs to national press – is talking about new buzzwords like “growth hacking” and “inbound marketing.” What do these terms really mean? How can they positively affect your business growth?

To achieve scalable growth and build brands backed by passionate communities along the way, we need to introduce strategies that go beyond traditional, expensive advertising. True growth strategies today take into account the wider digital ecosystem where customers exist and interact online. They combine the brand and loyal audience building strengths of marketing disciplines like PR, content marketing and social media, with the innovative, creative technical thinking used by SEOs and growth hackers.

Digital Growth Day brings a selection of London’s top digital marketers to TechHub @ Campus London for a day of interactive workshops. These expert-led sessions will discuss the tactics that businesses big and small should be implementing now to build a better online presence and maximise growth.

Digital Growth Day 2014 is brought to you by the OMN London and Search London digital marketing communities in collaboration with TechHub.
